2990, WWFF HKFF-035) as 5J0T between 18-25th April 2014. QRV on 80-10m CW and

18/04/2014: Members of the Portuguese Navy Hamradio Group - NRA will be active
on the 18th of April 2014 from the Tower of Belem (WCA CT-00254, DCFP F-078,
DMHP LX-005), located in Lisboa. CR500TB is the call sign that is going to
celebrate the 500 years of Tower of Belem. They plan to work on all bands. QSL

18/04/2014: Operators Choon E20HHK, Teerawat HS3NBR and Boy HS8GLR plan to be
active as E20HHK/p from Nu Island [Koh Nu; aka Mouse Island] (IOTA AS-145),
located off the shore from Leam Samila, Thailand, from 18-20 April, 2014. QRV on

18/04/2014: Budi, YF1AR, will be active as YF1AR/0 from Payung Besar Island,
archipelago of Kepulauan Seribu (OC-177), Indonesia, and Payung Besar Lighthouse
(ARLHS IDO-236, WLOTA 2776, Admiralty K1058, WW Loc. OI34GE) between 18-20th
April, 2014. Activity will focus on 40 metres, with a 43 ft. vertical antenna on

HK7IPT and Jorge HK7JA will be active on the HF bands as 5K0M from San Andres

19/04/2014: Jorg, DL3LUM/PA1MUC, will be active as D44TXU from Santa Maria, a
fishing town situated in the southern part of the island municipality of Sal
(AF-086, WLOTA 0610, Grid Loc. HK86), civil parish of Nossa Senhora das Dores,
from 19-25th April 2014. QRV holiday style on 20 metres mainly (possibly higher
bands), and operating QRP CW only using a KX3 (max 12W from hotel) into a

21/04/2014: Operators Terry BA7NQ, Chen BA7CK, De BA7JA, Dick BD7YC, Lin BI7IOB
and Yang BA7IO plan to be active as B7CRA from Yongxing Dao [Woody Island]
(AS-143, WLOTA 4111), Paracel Islands, sometime between 21st April to 10th May,
2014. Notes: not sure the precise start date; about one week. QRV on all bands

21/04/2014: Kilmarnock & Loudoun ARC members Graham MM0GHM, Allan 2M0VNW,
Arthur MM0DHQ, Jason GM7VSB, Paul GM0PJD, Allan GM3OZB, Gordon MM0BIM plan to be
active as MM0KLR from the isle of Canna (IOSA NH01, SCOTIA DI21, WAB NG20),
Inner Hebrides (EU-008), between 21-25 April 2014. Graham, MM0GHM, reports "we
have a CW operator with us this year, again we will be active on 5Mhz". They
plan to be QRV on 160-2 metres using Digi-modes, SSB and CW. QSL via the bureau

22/04/2014: Operators Frosty K5LBU (7P8CF), San/K5YY (7P8YY), Dick K9APW

Roger/ZS6RJ (7P8RJ) will be active from Roma, Maseru District, Kingdom of
Lesotho between 22nd April and 1st May, 2014. Activity will be on all bands and

25/04/2014: Alex, IW5ELA, will be active as TK/IW5ELA from Calvi, island of
Corsica (EU-014, DIFM TK-001, MIA MCO-001, WLOTA LH-1390) between 25th April and
1st May, 2014. Activity will be holiday style on 40-10 metres, mainly CW, using

29/04/2014: Look for Take, JI3DST, to be active as JI3DST/6 from Kuchino-shima
[Kuchino island, Grid Loc. PL49], Tokara Archipelago (AS-049), Kagoshima
Prefecture, Kyushu Region, Japan, between 29th April and 5th May, 2014. Plans
are to be QRV on 40-2 metre SSB/CW (FM/RTTY/PSK31/JT65A). QSL via home call,

03/05/2014: DX PLUS Team members Cliff SV1JG, George SV1RP, Spiros SV1RC, John
SV1GE, Takis SV2FWV, Theodor SV1GRM, Manos SV1PMR, Mike SV8GKE and Manos SV1ME
will be active as SX5LA from Levitha island (GIOTA DKS-050, MIA MGD-019, WLOTA
0846, Grid Loc. KM37), municipality of Leros, Dodecanese islands (EU-001), from
3-11 May, 2014. QRV on 160-6 metre SSB, CW and RTTY. Beam antennas from 30-6m.
Phased Vertical for 40m. Vertical for 80m, Inverted L for 160m. Power only 100W!

12/05/2014: Gil, F4FET, plans to be active as MM/F4FET/p from the Isle of Mull
(IOSA NH15, SCOTIA CN10, WLOTA 2485), Inner Hebrides (EU-008) from 12-18 May
2014. QRV holiday style on the HF bands. Between 14-18th May, Gil plans to
activate the island of Lunga (IOSA FL07, SCOTIA CS37), Trenish Isles (EU-108),
in the Firth of Lorn, in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. QRV only some hours of a day

20/05/2014: John, W2GD, will be active from the island of Aruba (SA-036, WLOTA
0033) as P44W between 20-28th May, 2014. Activity will include a
Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power entry in the CQWW WPX CW Contest (24-25 May), CQ
zone 9. Some WARC band activity as time permits. QSL direct OK via N2MM. Log
will be uploaded to LoTW. Bureau cards no longer accepted effective 12/31/2013.

24/05/2014: Look for Kazu, M0CFW, to be active once again as MJ5Z during the
CQWW WPX CW Contest (24-25 May) as a Single-Op/All-Band/Low-Power entry from the
old German signal station at La Moye, isle of Jersey ((EU-013, WLOTA 0818, WW
Loc. IN89VE, zone 14). QRV as MJ0CFW before/after contest. QSL via LoTW or

13/07/2014: Lance, W7GJ, plans to be active as KH8/W7GJ from Tula, island of
Tutuila (OC-045 WLOTA 4385, WW Loc. AH45RS) on 6m EME between 13-28th July 2014.
He will concentrate on 13-21 July when EME conditions are most favorable. Once
again Bob, ZL1RS (KH8/ZL1RS), is planning on providing 2m EME operation from the
same location during approximately the same period. Bob's results and detailed
plans will be found on his web page (/www.qsl.net/zl1rs/). They will also
operate on terrestrial propagation modes if they become available, but expect to
be busy contacting many single yagi stations via EME using JT65A mode. QSL via

SPECIAL EVENTS -
18/04/2014: The Puerto Rico Field Day Group, Trujillo Alto, Puerto Rico
(NA-099, USi PR-006S, WLOTA 2802), will activate KP4FD for the 89th World
Amateur Radio Day on 18th April, 2014. The theme for this year is "Amateur
Radio - Your Gateway for Wireless Communications". Activity will be on all bands
and modes, propagation allowing. QSL via LoTW and eQSL. An electronic

19/04/2014: Special event station HO100CANAL will be active from 19 April
through 15 August, the date that marks the 100th anniversary of the formal
opening of the Panama Canal. Expect activity on 160-10 metre SSB, CW, RTTY and

23/04/2014: Between 23rd and 29th of April 2014 look for the following stations
to be active to celebrate ARRL's centennial year: W1AW/1 operated by Bob WA1Z,
located in Windham, Rockingham County, State of New Hampshire. W1AW/2 will be
operated by John W2GD (for FRC-SJDXA), located in Flemington, Hunterdon County,

25/04/2014: The Amateur Radio Section of ORF (the Austrian Broadcasting
Corporation) and the Documentary Archives Radio Communications/QSL Collection
will operate special event station OE14M on 25-27th April 2014. This is an
official "International Marconi Day" station and contacts made on 26th April

On 19.04.2014 (Saturday) we will operating from HAFF-019 Hajdusagi TK. located
in East Hungary.
The operators are:
HG0WFF - HA0HW Laci, HG8LW/P Sanyi, HA8DD/P Geza and HA8FY/P Zsolt.
The planned operation will start at 6:00 UTC till we will have power in
batteries
and gasoline for the generator. :-)
We want to use CW, SSB and digital modes on HF bands from 40 to 10 m.
